  • Adds the standard CLAUDE.md header
  • Adds a Commands section: frontend scripts, type-checking, and the server's run/migrate/seed/admin-cli commands with env vars and defaults
  • Fixes role-helper guidance: roles.ts exports canWrite/canDelete/isSuper/atLeast (roleCanWrite is only a local import alias)
  • Fixes org logo path to public/org-logos/

Not addressed here: the Vite dev proxy targets 127.0.0.1:5173 (Vite's own default port) while the server defaults to 3001.
